This Privacy Policy explains how Atul Singh ("I", "me", "we") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you visit atulsingh.co.in or interact with my education programs. This policy is written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

When you submit the consultation form, I collect:

  • Parent's name
  • WhatsApp / mobile number
  • City
  • Student's class (Class 8–12)
  • The optional message you write about your child

I do not knowingly collect any other personal information from you on this website.

2. Why I Collect It

Your information is used only to:

  • Schedule and conduct your free consultation call
  • Send you updates and information related to my education programs (bootcamps, materials, batch dates)

I do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

3. How It Is Stored

Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet that only I can access. Reasonable security practices are in place to prevent unauthorised access, including access controls and limiting data to the minimum required.

4. Sharing of Data

I do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party. Your data stays with me.

5. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand anonymous, aggregated usage patterns (which pages are visited, where visitors come from). These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. They are used for analytics only — not for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

6. Children's Data

This website is intended for parents and guardians. Information about a student (such as the student's class) must be submitted by the parent/guardian. I do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors.

7. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data I hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
